On September 9, 2021, in order to promote the construction of a healthy China and provide family customers with better health services, the Company, jointly with Shanghai Fosun Foundation, established “Fosun Care 121” special fund to carry out various public welfare activities covering support for innovation, health care, and charitable donations.
In light of the unmet clinical needs, it is committed to providing patients with accessible, affordable and trustworthy health services to conquer diseases.
Fosun Foundation, established in November 2012 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million, is a public welfare actor with Fosun as the main donator, which has donated over RMB 680 million since its existence. As a "5A Social Organization", Fosun Foundation all along upholds the corporate concept of “self-improvement, teamwork, performance and contribution to society” and sticks to serving society, the public, and the nation, whose business covers disaster relief, health care, poverty alleviation, rural revitalization, education, community building, youth entrepreneurship, and culture & art for many countries and regions across the globe, assuming the corporate social responsibility by pragmatic measures.
